We are a fully licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning service. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
REGULAR CLEANS: For regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleans, we bring everything except for the toilet brush and toilet bowl cleaner because nobody wants to be sharing that!
MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANS: We will bring everything needed to clean the home.
No, but if you are not at home, please arrange a way for us to safely access your home.
If you are at home, please keep in mind that while we love to chat and visit with our customers, we do work hourly. You can help us make the most of our time and your money by keeping kids and pets in another area of the house while we clean.
Your first cleaning is a thorough deep cleaning of everything in your home. This includes baseboards, walls, doors, interior windows, and everything else we can get our dusters on! We recommend that customers move items such as small furniture away from the walls, move any heavy or breakable items off of the tops of cupboards or refrigerators, and pick up items off of the floors because this allows us to access all the hard to reach places without the risk of damaging any of your belongings. If you are unable to do this, rest assured that we will still clean everything that we can safely reach inside your home.
We clean everything that can be reached and cleaned safely.
We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, and we do not move your keepsakes or easily breakable items, but we will carefully clean around them or under them.
This is completely up to you and what works best for you.
As a rule of thumb, we suggest that customers who have children and pets do a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, depending on the amount of traffic in the home.
For single people or couples without pets or children, we suggest a monthly or bi-weekly cleaning depending on what suits your needs the best.
Also, keep in mind that an older home may need more frequent dusting as compared to a newer home.
If you ever need to change the frequency of your cleaning, please let us know in advance so that we can schedule a time for you!
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
